Wash the pork loin and poke it with a fork
Place it in a bowl and cover it with a sauce made from the ingredients above
Let it rest for 6 hours, turning it over every hour or so
Fry the pork loin on both sides in some fat
When it's nicely browned, add the sauce it rested in
Cook it over low heat with the lid on until it's cooked through
When the sauce has thickened and the pork is well browned, it's done.
