300 g of pork loin
salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of mustard
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
3 full tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of whiskey
3 tablespoons of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 can of mushrooms
300 g of pork loin

Slice the pork loin into thin strips
Season with salt and pepper
In a skillet, melt the butter over low heat and add the meat
Stir occasionally and cook for 5 minutes
Keep the skillet covered
When the meat is fully browned, add the onion and cook for 2 minutes
Add all remaining ingredients except mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes
If too dry, add a little water
Just before serving, add the mushrooms
Serve with white rice.
