Divide the beef into 4 parts
Arrange it on a platter without mashing too much
Dip the center of each piece of beef slightly and place a raw egg yolk on each one
Garnish with anchovies
Serve separately: capers, onion, salt, pepper, mustard, and English dressing with ketchup if desired
Each person seasons their own piece to taste with these ingredients
This beef won't be cooked - it's meant to be eaten raw
