1 kg of lean pork loin
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1 tablespoon of white wine
2/3 cup of soy sauce
1 handful of green scallions
2 carrots, cooked and cut into sticks
2 cups of cooked split peas
Salt to taste

Mix the garlic with the grated ginger
Add the white wine and soy sauce
Season the pork loin with this mixture and let it rest for 3 hours
Cut the scallions into medium-sized pieces and set aside
Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spread the scallions
Place the pork loin on top of the scallions and brush with the seasoning sauce
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven until the pork is tender
Flip the meat halfway through cooking
Remove from the oven and cut into slices
Serve with cooked vegetables.
