8 large squid, cleaned, with tentacles (700g)
6 drops of hot pepper sauce

Cut off the squid's skirts and discard
Chop the tentacles and reserve
Open the squid down the middle and trim the edges forming a rectangle
Chop the trimmings and reserve
Marinate the squid rectangles with lemon juice and reserve
In a medium bowl, mix well the reserved tentacles, trimmings, fish head, parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt, and hot pepper sauce
Distribute the mixture among the squid rectangles, roll up the larger side, and close with toothpicks
Place in the refrigerator, moisten with fish broth, and seal
Cook in the microwave on medium power for 5 minutes or until the squid is tender
Dust with sweet paprika and serve.
