In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter or margarine over low heat and sauté the onion
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the fish fillets, and cook for 10 minutes
Place the fish fillets on top, slightly overlapping, and season with salt and pepper to taste
Allow the mixture to simmer, reduce the heat, and let it cook for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
Dish out in four portions.
