Clean 12 small squids and dry them with paper towels inside and out
To start, mix 150g of ground pork, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 3g of thyme, 3g of salt, 3g of ginger, and 1 well-chopped garlic clove
Stuff the squids with the mixture and press the ends to seal them
Then, cook them in a steamer for three minutes with the lid closed
Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes.
