1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 stalk of garlic, white part only, finely chopped (partially used)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup whole grain rice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 tablet of vegetable broth concentrate dissolved in 250 ml boiling water

Fry the onion and garlic with the olive oil
Add the rice, stir, and add the white wine
Let it simmer slightly, then add another ladle of vegetable broth and stir
Repeat this process until the broth is almost gone, then add one more ladle
Do this until all the broth has been used, then season with salt to taste
Serve immediately.
