Remove the top portion of the mango like a lid, and set it aside
Reserve it for later use
Using a spoon or pastry blender, remove the pit from the fruit, removing the seeds

Replace the lid and arrange the mangoes in a medium saucepan with enough water to cover half of them
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat
Simmer for 3 minutes or until they become tender, then drain

Preheat the oven to a medium temperature
Remove the lids and fill the cavities with half of the honey mixed with ground cinnamon
Place one stick of cinnamon on each mango and cover them again
Arrange each mango over a piece of aluminum foil and brush with the remaining honey
Wrap without closing entirely and arrange in a large baking dish

Bake for 20 minutes or until the skin of the mango becomes slightly golden
Remove from the oven and remove the aluminum foil
Place on a platter, place one stick of cinnamon on each mango, mimicking the handle, and serve.
