Wash the mushrooms thoroughly
Create a cavity, removing the core and some of the fruit
Fry a large chicken breast with all seasonings
Bone the chicken and cut it into small pieces
Add to the saucepan with the removed mushroom (without using the core) and the mayonnaise
Thicken with cornstarch and add the butter
Stuff the mushrooms and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and when serving, place a little firm and seasoned mayonnaise on each mushroom.
