Cut the chicken breasts into 1 cm wide strips
Season with salt and coat with flour
Mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated with flour
In a large skillet, melt the butter or margarine and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown
Add the chicken and cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown
Add the milk mixed with mustard and lemon juice
Stir well and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly
Remove from heat and serve with mashed potatoes
If desired, garnish with red pepper flakes
