Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Remove the pits from the dates and, with a knife, remove the central part with the seeds
Place them on four double squares of aluminum foil
Mix the nuts with the raisins and almonds and stuff the dates
Raise the edges of the paper and place 1 tablespoon of butter over each date
Mix the orange and lemon juices with the wine
Douse the dates
Fold the aluminum foil tightly to form packages and place them in a baking dish
Bake until the dates are tender (20-30 minutes)
Serve still warm.
