1 kg of macaroni
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
100g of cured ham, cut into strips
3 eggs
Half cup of heavy cream
Half cup of grated Parmesan cheese
One can of drained green beans

Cook the macaroni in water and salt
In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion until it's translucent
Add the ham and cook for an additional minute
Remove from heat and set aside
Meanwhile, mix together the eggs, heavy cream, and 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Beat lightly and set aside
Drain the cooked macaroni and combine with the ham mixture
Stir in the green beans
Transfer to a baking dish and top with the egg mixture
Add any remaining Parmesan cheese
Bake until a golden-brown crust forms
Serve immediately.
