Combine all ingredients, except the water, in a bowl
Mix well
Add the warm water and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon
Grease the mold with butter, place the dough in it and let it rest for 1 hour
Preheat the oven to medium temperature and bake the pao for 40 minutes.
