1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

500 grams of spaghetti or fettuccine

Fry the garlic in olive oil until it starts to brown
Add the banana and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly and mashing with a wooden spoon
Add the remaining ingredients (except the pasta) and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve with spaghetti or fettuccine "al dente", sprinkled with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired
