Bring a large pot of cold water to a boil
Add salt to taste and cook the pasta according to package instructions
While the pasta is cooking, mix together the yogurt and minced garlic until smooth
When the pasta is al dente, drain it and return it to the pot
Add butter and stir vigorously with a spoon
Transfer the pasta mixture to a serving bowl, add the yogurt sauce, and sprinkle with hot pepper flakes and grated cheese
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh oregano.
