1 cup of chopped parsley

Pour the parsley into a saucepan and add enough water to cover it
Cook for some minutes and strain
Melt the butter or margarine and stir in the cornstarch
Mix well
Add the milk gradually, stirring until thickened slightly
Add the cheese and stir until melted
Add the olives
Combine with the ziti pasta and mix lightly.
