Mix together the tomato sauce, sausages, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste
Place the cooked and drained macaroni in an oven-proof dish
Pour the sauce over the top
Arrange the slices of mozzarella cheese
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the dish is hot
Serve hot, cut into quarters.
