Cook the pasta al dente
Set aside
In a pan, melt the butter, add the onion and salami, and cook for three minutes with the lid on
Add the vegetable broth and let it simmer for 10 minutes
Combine the reserved pasta and sausage
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
