2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 can of green corn, drained
1 carrot, cut into cubes
1 small green pepper, diced
6 chicken sausages, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
400g cooked macaroni, 'al dente'
Shredded cheese to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion until golden brown
Add the tomatoes and cook until they start to break down
Add the green corn, carrot, pepper, and chicken sausage
Cook for 5 minutes
Add the cooked macaroni, season with salt and pepper, and stir well
Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheese on top before serving
