1 package of furadinho macaroni (500 g)
4 tablespoons of olive oil
12 black olives
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
1 hand full of cooked, yet still firm broccoli (300 g)
4 anchovy fillets
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic
to taste

Mince the garlic and rub it into the bottom of a frying pan
Heat the olive oil along with the garlic
When the garlic is golden, remove it from the frying pan
Add the chopped anchovies
Mix for a few minutes
Add the parsley and white wine vinegar
Cook while stirring until the vinegar evaporates
Add the broccoli florets and let it simmer, stirring occasionally for a few minutes
Cook the macaroni
Drain and serve with the broccoli and olives, chopped
Serve 6 portions.
