2 cups of whole wheat macaroni
1/2 cup of shiitake mushrooms (250g)
1/4 cup of light cream
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Chopped scallion to taste

Place 1 liter of water in a large pot and bring it to a boil
Once boiling, add the macaroni
While the pasta cooks, prepare the sauce
Sauté the shiitake mushrooms with olive oil until they're tender
Turn off the heat and stir in light cream, salt, and chopped scallion
Mix well and set aside
Drain the macaroni and add it to the sauce
Lower the heat and mix the two together
Serve in a deep dish.
