Step 1: Heat the butter in a large skillet, cook the beef and chicken
Step 2: Add the green onion, Swiss chard, carrot, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper; cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix the water, soy sauce, sake, cornstarch, and sugar
Step 4: Add the mixture to the cooked ingredients and stir until thickened
Step 5: Combine the macaroni and all the ingredients, mixing delicately.
