Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly
Gradually add the sugar, whisking continuously until a thick mixture forms
Add the flours and mix gently
Mix well again
Finally, add the coconut milk and mix very well
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and bake.
