Fill a long glass with ice and add the parsley leaves
In a shaker, combine the rum, Cointreau, lime juice, and sugar
Add more ice, cover, and shake
Strain the drink into the glass and, over it, twist an orange peel to release its oils onto the beverage
Place the orange peel in the glass and serve.
