3/4 cup of cold nonfat milk
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Soak the gelatin in two tablespoons of cold water
Dissolve in a warm water bath
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until slightly thickened
Beat well
Refrigerate until firm
Beat again and refrigerate until serving time
Just before serving, beat again and add a little milk or lemon juice if the seasoning is too thick
Serve chilled.
