Place the egg, all remaining ingredients, and 3/4 cup of oil in a blender
Cover and blend on low speed
Remove the blender lid and slowly add the remaining oil
Turn off the blender and transfer the mayonnaise to an airtight container for refrigeration
Let it chill for 1 hour.
