1/2 cup of Grand Marnier, Cointreau or Curaçao

Place the mango slices in a large crystal or glass bowl
Add 1 pinch of salt
Mix well
Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over the mango
Add the liqueur and mix everything very well
Refrigerate and serve chilled
If desired, garnish with mint leaves when serving
