Add the hot water to the coconut and squeeze out as much milk as possible. Reserve
Add the warm milk to the remaining coconut and press again to remove the fine milk
Mix the two milks together
Mix the cornstarch and flour
Add a little milk and mix until smooth
Heat the remaining milk and add the cornstarch mixture slowly, stirring constantly over low heat
When the mixture is thick and smooth, remove from heat and let cool
After cooling, add the butter and beat well
Place in a moist mold
Refrigerate
Unmold onto a serving plate and decorate with black plums in syrup.
