1/3 cup of fudge
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
3 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of dulce de leche
1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of strong coffee, cold
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1/3 cup of fudge
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
3 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of dulce de leche
1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of strong coffee, cold
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Combine the fudge, salt, ginger, and cinnamon
Scald 2 cups of milk and add it to the mixture, stirring constantly
Add dulce de leche and baking soda
Stir well
Add the remaining milk and coffee
Cook in a water bath for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened
Pour into a greased mold and spread with small pieces of margarine (1 tablespoon)
Bake in a hot water bath for 2 hours at 120°
Serve warm or at room temperature
