In a blender, beat the whole milk, condensed milk, heavy cream, and prepared gelatin according to the package instructions

Pour into a greased tube pan and refrigerate until firm
Unmold the custard

In a saucepan, mix the sugar and water
Bring to a boil without stirring until it starts to thicken
Add the dried damson and cook for five minutes
Turn off the heat, let cool, and spread over the custard.
