Place 1/3 cup of water in a saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin and let it rehydrate for a few minutes
Bring to a boil, dissolving the gelatin
Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients and place in a refrigerator with an 18 cm diameter
Let it chill until firm
Serve with ready-to-use chocolate sauce, warm strawberry sauce, or fresh fruit salad
