4 cups of water
1 piece of cinnamon
1 clove

6 slices of toasted bread, cut into cubes
3 peeled and chopped bananas
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of chopped almonds
250g of grated cheese

Mix the sugar with 4 cups of water, cinnamon, and clove
Bring to a boil, then let simmer until a thin sauce forms
Remove the spices and let it rest
Grease a baking dish
Cover the bottom with toasted bread cubes
Layering begins: one layer of bananas, one layer of raisins, one layer of almonds, and one layer of cheese
Repeat until all ingredients are used
Finish by pouring the sauce over the top
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes
Serve hot
