Beat the whites until fluffy, then add the sugar and yolks, beating continuously
Purée the cornmeal, flour, and baking powder, and mix delicately into the batter
Add the coconut milk and mix well
Place this batter in a 24 cm diameter mold with a hole in the center, greased with butter
Bake in a hot oven (200°C), preheated, for 30 minutes or until inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean
Remove from the oven, let cool and demold
Dust with sugar and cinnamon
