Cut the land bananas into slices and cook with orange juice for about five minutes
Let it cool and blend in a blender until smooth
Transfer to a bowl and add butter, eggs, and sugar
Mix gently until all are well incorporated
Add wheat flour and mix well to obtain a homogeneous dough
Place in greased molds with butter and bake at 180°F for about seven minutes
Orange Sauce
Squeeze the oranges, add the orange peel, and parsley
Heat and let it reduce to 1/3.
