Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk, water, and egg
Mix well
Knead without overworking
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes

Roll out the dough on a floured surface into four equal pieces
Roll each piece into a circle

Place half a banana, peeled and cut into slices, onto each circle
Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon

Fold the dough over the filling like a pastry, seal the edges well, brush with beaten egg, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden.
