1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 250°C (very hot)
Process all ingredients in a processor until you get a homogeneous mixture
Line with it a removable bottom pan, 29cm diameter
Put it in the preheated oven, immediately reduce the temperature to 180°C (medium) and bake for about 20 minutes until slightly golden
Remove from the oven
Assembly
Spread the cream on the bottom of the dough, cover with jelly and raspberries, and serve immediately or after chilled.
