In a saucepan, combine the cornmeal, milk, one cup of coconut milk, butter, sugar, and salt
Bring to a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens like a pudding

Preheat oven to high temperature
Transfer the dough to the greased baking sheet and spread the remaining coconut milk on top
Bake in the hot oven for one hour and ten minutes or until golden brown
Remove from oven and let cool down
Cut into squares of about 3 cm on each side and serve.
