Place tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and crushed ice in a shaker or blender
Shake until it foams
Rub the rim of a chilled glass with a lime wedge, then invert the glass onto a plate of coarse salt to form a crust
Pour the drink into the glass
Serve one cocktail.
