2 kg of orange peel
1/2 cup of water
4 cups of sugar

Peel and cut the oranges into pieces, removing seeds
Set aside the peels and seeds to make a jelly
Place the peeled oranges and water in a copper or stainless steel pot
Bring to a boil and let simmer until the oranges are slightly softened
Remove from heat and blend in a blender
Return the blended mixture to the pot, add sugar, and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture forms a ball at the bottom of the pot
Place the mixture into a greased mold lined with parchment paper and let cool.
