'1/2 cup of ground almonds'
'1 tablespoon of vanilla extract'
'1 tablespoon of almond extract'
'more or less 6 1/4 cups of confectioner's sugar'

Mix the sweet potatoes, butter, almonds, vanilla extract, and almond extract
Add the confectioner's sugar gradually, mixing well until it thickens
Knead with your hands, adding more confectioner's sugar as needed
The confectioner's sugar should be added in 2-tablespoon increments by spoonfuls, until the dough does not stick to your hands anymore
Take a small piece of the dough and shape into strawberries and batons
Let it rest for about two hours before coloring: dip the sweet potatoes in melted chocolate and color the strawberries with red food coloring, following the packaging instructions
