Place all the ingredients for the batter in a blender container
Close and blend for 5 seconds, or until everything is well mixed
Refrigerate for 15 minutes
Heat a small skillet and grease with melted butter or margarine
Add approximately 2 tablespoons of batter to the skillet, tilting it from side to side to spread the batter
Cook for 1 minute, or until lightly browned
Flip and let the other side brown
Remove from the skillet and place on a cloth
Repeat the process until all the batter has been used.
