'/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce'
'2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons cold water'

Fry the flour and mix with salt
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces and mix until a thick batter forms
Mix in the cheese and sesame seeds
Mix 1 tablespoon of cold water with Worcestershire sauce
Knead over the flour until the dough is moistened
Form into a ball
Roll out on a lightly floured surface to about 0.3 cm thickness
Cut into strips about 8cm wide
If desired, freeze without baking and do not thaw before baking
If baking, place in an ungreased baking dish and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
Shelf life: 11 to 12 days
Store in a closed container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
