Place the flour in a bowl
On top of the flour, grate the chilled butter using a box grater
Mix with your fingertips until it forms a crumbly mixture
Add the yogurt and egg yolks
Mix until it forms a uniform dough
Let it rest in the refrigerator, wrapped in aluminum foil or plastic wrap for 12 hours
This dough can be used with sweet or savory fillings.
