4 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, hydrogenated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup warm water
Place the flour on a flat surface
Make a depression in the center and add the remaining ingredients, including the dissolved yeast
Mix with circular motions using a spoon until well combined
Knead well until smooth
Cover and let rest for 2 hours or until doubled in volume
Place the dough on a floured surface and gently flatten it
Divide into two parts and stretch each over a lightly oiled 35cm diameter pizza pan
Top with desired toppings and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
Let stand for 8 minutes before serving
Note: This dough can also be baked without toppings
