Mix the flour and salt in a bowl
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces, mixing with a fork
Gradually add the water, one tablespoon at a time
Mix lightly until everything is moistened
Lift the dough with your hands, forming a ball
Gently place the dough on a lightly floured surface
Lift the dough occasionally to check if it's sticking to the table
Open the dough to make it 5 cm larger than the mold you'll use
Wrap the dough around a rolling pin and place it carefully in the mold
Don't stretch the dough, as this will cause it to shrink
Let it rest in a mold with a diameter of 20 cm.
