2 tablespoons of confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup of butter or margarine
Mix together the flour and confectioner's sugar in a bowl
Add the butter or margarine in small pieces, mix until it forms a crumbly and light mixture
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Place this mixture into an unbuttered cake pan with a diameter of 24 cm, pressing well to line the bottom and sides of the pan
Bake at a high temperature (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes
Let it cool and fill as desired
