Prepare the dough by adding the caramel to the other ingredients
Proceed with the recipe until step 3

Divide the dough in half
On a floured surface, roll out each half into a rectangle of 30 x 40 cm
Mix the caramel and walnuts together and sprinkle over the dough, pressing gently with your hands
Wrap up the dough by folding it lengthwise and press the edges to prevent the filling from escaping

Cut each cream puff in half lengthwise, leaving 3 cm uncropped
Press down the two halves
Do the same with the other cream puff
Place them on two baking sheets lined with flour and let rest for 20 minutes
Aerate the oven to medium temperature
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and glaze with warm shine gel
Serving temperature: warm.
