1/2 cup of butter or margarine (120 g)
1 cup of sugar (180 g)
1 tablespoon of grated orange zest (5 g)
1 egg well beaten (65 g)
3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour (540 g)
4 tablespoons of orange juice (60 g)
2 tablespoons of active dry yeast (10 g)
1/2 cup of butter or margarine (120 g)

3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour (540 g)
4 tablespoons of orange juice (60 g)
2 tablespoons of active dry yeast (10 g)
Mix the butter with the sugar and beat well
Add the grated orange zest and the egg and mix again
Add the orange juice and mix well
Finally, add the flour with the yeast and knead by hand
Roll out on a floured surface to desired shape
Bake in a moderate oven preheated to 180°C until lightly golden
