Preheat the oven to 200°C
Dissolve the yeast in milk with sugar, add the eggs, condensed milk, and oil
Mix well
Add the wheat flour gradually and work the dough until it becomes homogeneous
Cover and let it rest until it has doubled in size
Knead again and shape into a cake
Place it on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
Still warm, serve with condensed milk.
